From the wasteland....
Watching some lame movie (Drive Me Crazy) while waiting to go pick up Mad Dawg I'm reminded of the fact that I miss the show Entourage. If you haven't seen it, rent a season of it on DVD. The Piv's is awesome.
Which makes me think of a few other not noteworthy things.
1. Lisa Lampanelli "comedy's lovable queen of mean" has a special on comedy central this next week (Starts Sunday night but they re-run the shit out of stuff like that.) Anyway, she is hilarious. You will laugh. Even though it will be heavily edited. If you see the DVD in the store pick it up. You'll love it.
2. Speaking of Comedy Central... There is a new Sarah Silverman show that will be on that channel in the near future. Check it out. She is way funnier than Jimmy.
3. Speaking of Jimmy... The best 2 mins on TV each week is Friday nights on Jimmy Kimmel Live when they help the FCC with a bit of unnecessary censorship. You can youtube it to see old ones.
As my faithful readers may know, I haven't been posting a lot, expect more of the same in the next week I imagine as my work schedule continues to SUCK! I think I was home once this week before 8pm. Which would be fine if I started work later.
Speaking of work...And why is it that I work in a huge building named after my company. Which offers an early bird parking special $14 for 10 hours if you are in by 9. Over 10 hours, $21 and up. I don't get paid hourly, so not only is there no incentive to work late, it actually costs me more. Someone should do something.
Anyhoo- I'm traveling Tues-Thurs to LA. So any of you readers down there that might want to entertain me for a night should let me know... oh wait, I don't have any readers down there as my stats will prove. Good to know though that someone out there is reading. Being heard keeps the cost of therapy down. Oh and welcome to the 5.6% of you that are new readers.

For the record. Cable rocks, especially if you are a semi-foodie. Its easy to lose an afternoon. I'm watching my second Michael Chiarello show in a row about weekend entertaining during football season.
I don't really know how I got the stats hooked up, but I know its from google analytics. Hope that helps.
Oh and by the way Bon, looks like I'm getting hits from you, so...awesome. Of course that could have been me following the link to see if someone was stealing my shit.
And Bender, I wish that this trip would have something noteworthy about it, I sincerely doubt that it will, except for the fact that the vendor I'll be dining with is the guy that I thought was saying Gin Hahn, and he's over 60 and is probably already planning to drink me under the table to show that he still can hang with us whippersnappers.
Maybe I'll let him win... Maybe you'll get some material from it... Better think twice before leaving your phone on Tuesday night.
